Description
Our gowns are made from of high quality spun-bonded polypropylene, its breathable, lightweight fabric prevents hot temperature buildup. Our gowns are offered at 4 levels of protection.
- Level 1: Used for general basic care in circumstances that don't require sterile gowns. These gowns offer an adequate barrier against fluids, but aren’t suitable for blood draws, ICUs or pathology labs.
- Level 2: Used in low-risk circumstances like blood draws, ICUs and pathology labs that don't require sterile gowns. These gowns are more effective at protecting against liquid penetration than level 1 gowns.
- Level 3: Used in moderate-risk circumstances like drawing blood from arteries and ER work that requires sterile gowns.
- Level 4: The highest level of protection available, and used in high-risk circumstances like surgery. These gowns protect from fluid and virus penetration for up to an hour. They also provide better protection against pathogens and non-airborne diseases.
